Damages or defects to other causes such as negligence,misuse,improper operation, power fluctuation,lighting or other natural disasters, sabotage or accidents, etc are not included under this warranty. Repairs or replacements necessitated by such causes that are not covered by the warranty and will be subject to charges for labour, time & material. No warranty for cartridges, power adapters,keyboard, mouse ,speakers ,physical damages & chip burns.
Warranty on any parts will be subjected to availability of the model at the time of claim in the event the said model is not available, it will be replaced substitute model with a different payment or without additional payment. any attempt to repair by unauthorized persons will automatically and totally annual the warranty ,and no responsibility whatsoever will be taken by ARCARD.LK thereafter, ARCARD.LK will not take any responsibility for retrieving of data that has been lost in a storage media due to mishandling or virus infection.
